Using the site

Everything on Sharp Bets is general information. Nothing on the site is financial, betting or legal advice, and suggested stakes are a calculation, not a recommendation to bet.
No guarantees
Fair-odds estimates can be wrong, prices change quickly, and past results don't predict future ones. We make no promise that any pick will win or that following the site will make a profit. Data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and the site may be unavailable at times.
Your account and your bets
You are responsible for keeping your password safe. There is no email on your account, so we cannot reset a lost password. The bets you log are your own records; you are responsible for their accuracy, and you can export or delete them at any time. Deleting your account deletes them permanently.
Acceptable use
Don't try to break, overload or scrape the site at scale, get around its limits, access other people's accounts, or use a name that is offensive or impersonates someone. We may remove accounts or usernames that break these rules.
Third parties
The site shows odds from bookmakers and data from Pinnacle and The Odds API. We aren't responsible for those services or their accuracy, and the odds you actually get at a bookmaker may differ from what is shown here.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Sharp Bets and the people behind it are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, including losses from bets you place.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by Swedish law.
